Sandalford Estate Reserve Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 750ml

Colour is a pale lemon. On the nose intense tropicals up front with passionfruit, guava and blackcurrant buds. There’s also an underlying savoury minerality adding complexity to the nose. On the palate like the nose, there are intense tropicals, savoury notes and underlying sweet spices. There is a complexity to this wine and the flavours continue to evolve and change with time in the glass. The palate has a wonderful texture and is all pulled together with a lovely acid balance that gives this wine a lingering finish. Serve chilled.
