THE REDS

 

Frescobaldi Castelgiocondo Brunello Di Montalciano DOCG

Ruby red with garnet highlights. Pronounced notes of blackberry elegantly accompanied by floral notes such as violet. The nose is complex and well-blended: spicy notes of black pepper and clove, tobacco and leather, and “jus de viande” reflect well the evolution of the wine

 

Frescobaldi Nipozzano Reserva Chianti Rufina DOCG

Ruby-red, the nose opens with dark wild berries and cherry, hints of cotton candy and pleasant floral notes of lilac and chocolate. The spicy component emerges with nuances of clove and green peppercorn. The palate is characterized by a distinct tactile approach in which the stamp of the terroir is underlined by a lively minerality. The tannin texture is tight but not sharp

 

Frescobaldi Mormoreto Toscana IGT

Deep ruby red in colour. The nose is ultra-complex, delivering inebriating draughts of wild blackberry, raspberry, redcurrant, dried plum, dates, and wild red berry fruit, delicately lifted by floral impressions of sweetbriar and violets. Gradually emerging to deepen the rich bouquet even further are spicier nuances of vanilla, cocoa powder, tobacco leaf, and roast espresso bean. A crisp, nervy acidity complements a suite of silky tannins

 
 

Frescobaldi Remole Toscana Rosso IGT

Luminous and intense purple-red. Articulated olfactory expression with nuances of blackberry, cherry and currants followed by spicy notes of black pepper, vanilla and star anise. Warm and intense, Remole is a balanced medium-bodied wine, pleasingly fruity and persistent. A classic example of a wine for all dishes, on all occasions

Ducato Chianti DOCG

Ruby red tending to garnet during aging. Warm and mature red fruits. Violet flowers and black cherry. Savoury and mineral aftertaste like real Chianti is. Full body and well balanced tannin.

 
 

Ducato Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOCG

Ruby red, warm and mature red fruits; blackberry and cherry. Violet flowers and spicy scent. With a delicate liquorice note. Round and full body a long and complex aftertaste where we can find the typical expression of this wine variety.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

THE WHITES

 

Frescobaldi Castello Pomino Bianco DOC

Luminous straw yellow, immediate fragrances of apple, Williams pear, and banana gradually yield to spring blossoms, jasmine, and hawthorn, with hints of acacia honey and citrus emerging on the finish. It displays elegantly-expressed power in the mouth, with a velvety mouthfeel and fine balance of all its components. A vein of crisp minerality adds intriguing finesse, while the impressive finish seems near endless.

 

Frescobaldi Remole Toscana Bianco IGT

 

Pale straw colour shot through with greenish highlights. It has a lovely fruitiness on the nose, with confident notes of ripe pear and nectarine. Delicate floral notes continue onto a palate that is crisp, tangy and full-flavoured. The long-lingering finish is utterly delicious.

 

Ducato Pinot Grigio IGP

Pale and delicate of colour with a light and aromatic nose highlighting pear, citrus and floral aromas. The palate is classically neutral with delicate flavours of lemon, cut apple and white flowers but the key to this wine is the mouth-coating texture.

 

Danzante Pinot Grigio IGT

Luminous straw yellow with generous gold highlights. The bou

 

quet is rich with aromas of tropical fruit such as papaya and pineapple, followed by delicate floral notes. The aromatic fruitiness continues onto a generous, full-bodied palate that is wonderfully fresh and lively. THE ROSÉ

 

Frescobaldi Alie Ammiragalia Rose

Pale pink colour with peach nuances immediately expresses its intriguing personality. September peach bursts forth followed by floral notes with subtle scents of rose.
